The Mass Effect series is comprised of some of the most critically-successful science fiction games released this generation. If you’ve somehow missed out on them, Electronic Arts is re-releasing BioWare’s trilogy in a collection this November.
Mass Effect Trilogy includes three games: Mass Effect, originally released in 2007; Mass Effect 2, released in 2010; and Mass Effect 3, which was released earlier this year. All three games will be packaged in a premium foil box along with an exclusive art book.
Interestingly, this is the first time the original Mass Effect will be available to PlayStation 3 owners; previously, the game was exclusive to Xbox 360 and PC. The upcoming PlayStation 3 version will feature full Trophy support, and will also be released as a stand-alone title via the PlayStation Network.
Mass Effect Trilogy releases November 6 in North America for Xbox 360 and PC, and will be priced at $59.99. The PlayStation 3 edition will be released at a later date.
