Following the first publicly available trailer of Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII, Square Enix has released an extended version of the trailer that features new footage.
The trailer, which can be seen above, once again showcases Luxerion, a city located in the game’s world of Novus Chrysalia, previously known as Novus Partus. While the trailer largely features the same exploration and battle scenes as the first one, it does show off some new footage, including a battle between Lightning and Noel Kreiss, the co-protagonist of Final Fantasy XIII-2.
Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII releases this fall on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
