The Wii U will be backed by one of gaming’s most prolific role-playing series upon its Japanese release– Dragon Quest X‘s beta will be included with the deluxe bundle.
When the Wii U releases in Japan on December 8, buyers of the system’s deluxe bundle will receive access to the Wii U beta of Dragon Quest X. The beta will also be included with the Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate bundle. Save data from the beta will be playable upon the release of the final Wii U version. It is currently unknown if save data from the Wii version of the game will be compatible with the Wii U beta.
Dragon Quest X was released for Wii in Japan on August 2, 2012. A release date for the Wii U version has yet to be announced.
