The 3DS’s eShop and browser update should now be live in all regions. Be sure to get your free copy of Excitebike 3D before July 7th, as well as the free Pokedex 3D app. The eShop seems to be getting hammered at the moment, so expect errors galore. Just keep trying and it should eventually connect.
Also available on the store are three Virtual Console games: Super Mario land for $3.99, Alleyway for $2.99, and Radar Mission for $2.99.
