Since its reveal a year ago, Halo 4 has received a great deal of hype from fans of the series. Despite many details being released earlier this year, gameplay footage has largely been absent. Now, Microsoft has set out to whet the appetite of fans by releasing the first single player footage of the game.

Halo 4 is in development by 343 Industries, and will be released on November 6, 2012.
