It’s hardly been a year since EA’s Crysis 2 was released, and even less time since the console port of the original Crysis. However, it would seem that developer Crytek is already hard at work on the third installment of the franchise.
Earlier today, Electronic Arts’ online game distribution service, Origin, was updated with limited edition listings for Crysis 3. While they were quickly taken down, they revealed a few details about the game, including the addition of a bow and arrow-like weapon. Speaking to GameInformer, EA stated that an official reveal of the game will be held on April 16. The removed listings for the game can be seen above, courtesy of NeoGAF.
Information regarding the game’s gameplay and story should be revealed next Monday.
