Nintendo today unveiled its Wii successor, officially titled Wii U. The console boasts HD graphics and a controller that integrates a 6.2″ touchscreen, microphone, speakers, gyroscope, accelerometer, and camera. All Wii games and accessories are compatible with Wii U, including Remotes and Balance Boards. The image can be streamed to either an HDTV or the controller, or both at the same time.
A few games were announced for the system, including Batman: Arkham City, Darksiders 2, Tekken, Ninja Gaiden 3, Lego City Stories, Dirt, Aliens: Colonial Marines, Metro: Last Light, Ghost Recon Online, and Assassin’s Creed.
