Super Smash Bros. Announced for 3DS and Wii U

In a brief tease, Satoru Iwata announced that a new Super Smash Bros. will be available for Wii U and 3DS, and will be playable across both platforms. No other details were given, as development has not even begun because Masahiro Sakurai is currently finishing up Kid Icarus: Uprising.
