Are you excited for PlayStation All-Stars: Battle Royale? Do you own a PlayStation Vita? If your answer to both of those questions is “Yes,” then you may be happy to learn that the game may be coming to Sony’s latest handheld.
Robert Krekel, a sound designer employed by Sony Computer Entertainment America, recently mentioned on his LinkedIn profile that PlayStation All-Stars is a project he is currently working on, and that the game is coming to the Vita as well as the PlayStation 3. Previously, Krekel worked on Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception, the 2012 entry in the Twisted Metal series, and Starhawk.
If the game truly is coming to Vita, it may end up being a wise move for Sony, as it could help boost Vita sales, which have been lacking recently. It would also make sense due to the game’s director, Omar Kendall, telling Digital Trends to “stay tuned” after being asked about a Vita version of the game.
Regardless of whether or not the game is coming to the Vita, Sony is sure to show the game off at this year’s E3. Stay tuned to 4P for extensive E3 coverage.
