Lord of the Rings: War in the North Strikes November 1st

Snowblind’s new RPG set in the Lord of the Rings universe, War in the North, will be released on November 1st in North America, according to the game’s Facebook page. Australian and European releases will follow on November 2nd and 4th, respectively.

The Lord of the Rings: War in the North is set in the northern parts of Middle-Earth and takes place during the main storyline of the books and movie trilogy. The game features both single player and co-op in its campaign, and players will be able to select between three different characters, each with their own play style.

Mass Effect 3 Release Date Announced

EA just announced at their E3 press conference that Mass Effect 3 will release on PC, Xbox 360, and PS3 on March 6, 2012. New gameplay footage of Shepard battling a Reaper, as well as a new gameplay trailer titled “The Fall of Earth” were shown.
