During their Gamescom press conference today, Sony announced Resistance: Burning Skies, a new game for Vita that serves as an immediate prequel to Resistance 2.
The game sets players in the middle of the destruction of the United States, in the shoes of a fireman named Tom Riley. Vita features such as touchscreen integration will be prevalent. No word yet on any release date or other information.
