As with Watch_Dogs at Ubisoft’s E3 press conference last year, today, the company showed a brand-new IP known as Tom Clancy’s The Division.
The Division takes place following a massive virus outbreak that began on Black Friday. The game follows a group of operatives sent in after the outbreak, and lets players team up with or against others to explore the game’s locations, including New York City. The game is powered by Ubisoft’s Snowdrop engine.
A release date for Tom Clancy’s The Division has not been announced. The game will be released for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
