Whoops! It would seem that Electronic Arts accidentally let the cat out of the bag for a major upcoming game, as its Origin gaming platform has let loose news of an upcoming Battlefield 4 beta.
Opening the Origin program, clicking on “Genres,” and clicking on “Shooter” loads the above image as the page’s banner. While it’s not entirely surprising that Medal of Honor: Warfighter will include access to the Battlefield 4 beta – the previous Medal of Honor game included early beta access to Battlefield 3 – what is surprising is the fact that DICE is already developing the sequel to last year’s game, as the wait between Battlefield 2 and Battlefield 3 was more than six years; in the meantime, several spin-offs of the series were released.
EA is expected to release an official statement regarding the previously-unannounced game soon.

Agreed. With all of the DLC they’re releasing for it, I’m sure most people will be busy with it for a while.
