Bethesda won’t be the only non-“regular” company to host a press conference at this year’s Electronic Entertainment Expo, as Square Enix has announced that they will be hosting their own presser on the expo’s first day.
Starting at 9:00 AM PDT on June 16, Square Enix promises that their conference will “start E3 right with a dose of some exciting news”. While the company has not stated what games will be shown off, speculation is ripe, with some on the ‘net believing games such as Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, the next Hitman, Just Cause 3, Final Fantasy XV, and possibly even something regarding Kingdom Hearts or Dragon Quest may be displayed.
Regardless of what games are shown in the end, another company hosting an E3 conference alongside the other big publishers is certainly an exciting prospect. Stay tuned to 4P as we cover gaming’s biggest yearly event in the weeks leading up to June.

I’m not even ashamed to admit how much I’m hoping for news regarding the Kingdom Hearts smartphone game. Please be as good as chi. Please be relevant enough to tide me over a few more years until KH3. Please be released this year???? Please be higher quality than S-E’s other smartphone entries. :/
[S]Please don’t let the conference be entirely about Eidos franchises.[/S]
